Justin Davis MS, NASM-CPT, CSCS was just named
Best Self's Personal Trainer of the year.


Justin, our lead trainer has a Master's degree in Sports Science (Concentration in Sports Injury Management) and is a certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) and Strength & Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS). His focus is on clients with preexisting joint injuries. Strategies to protect and strengthen weak links are designed specifically for the individual's issues. He has had success in clients ranging from clients with posture deficiencies to functional scoliosis clients to clients with injuries stemming from decades old injuries.


  • Why Weights

    Strength training is the quickest way to improve every client's body composition, especially female's. In older trainees, proper strength training reduces and sometimes impedes chronic joint pain. Building strength creates balance in opposing muscles and builds flexibility in joints. Becoming strong and flexible makes everyday tasks easier and safer by giving the trainee stability. Numerous trainees have improved their self-image by becoming strong and consequently lean.
